The property is undergoing a powerful transformation, along with neighborhood beautification, and now hosts myriad scintillating events, from weddings to fashion shows, art fairs to film shoots, corporate events to concerts.

Building History:
Built in 1970, the building was originally a dry cleaning facility servicing many fine Miami Beach hotels.
In the mid 1990s, it became abandoned and remained in disrepair until early in the 2000s, when the visionaries behind Soho Studios bought the neglected structure, aware of the potential it held.
Several years and millions of dollars later, Soho Studios at the Wynwood Convention Center was born and now thrives as Miami’s premiere all-in-one event venue.
